NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE 2024-15 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FLAGLER BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF FLAGLER BEACH, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 3 ENTITLED “ZONING DISTRICTS, USES AND STANDARDS” BY AMENDING SECTION 3.02.04 ENTITLED ‘TABLE OF PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES’ TO REVISE USES ALLOWED WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL (C-1A, C-1, C-2, AND C-3) ZONING DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held on June 27, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 105 S. 2nd Street, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Ordinance. The Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the City Hall during regular business hours.
