Skip to content The Town of Shelby Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 6:45 pm, at the Shelby Town Hall, 4062 Salt Works Road, on the Application by Dustin Ellis (North Shore Networks) for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review and Approval pursuant of Article IX and Article X of the Town Zoning Regulations Section 785, in the matter of a proposed Internet Tower to be located at 12524 Barber Rd, Medina NY 14103, on Town Parcel Tax Map No. 114.-1-9.112, which is within an Agricultural/Residential District. The Proposed Action has been classified as an Unlisted Action under SEQRA.
