Lighthouse Point residents and businesses can now apply for and obtain Broward County permits online through the new ePermits OneStop system. The city partnered with Broward County to launch the digital platform, aiming to streamline permit applications and reviews.

The ePermits OneStop system allows customers to manage permit needs digitally from start to finish. This eliminates the need for in-person visits to Broward’s Government Center West in Plantation for submissions or plan reviews, reducing paper trails and traffic.

The initiative modernizes Broward County’s permitting services to make the process quicker and more efficient for homeowners and developers alike.

A comprehensive list of available permits can be found on the ePermits A-Z listing online. Residents can access the ePermits OneStop platform via the city's official website or directly through the Broward County permitting portal.
