Liberty Switches to Redgate Disposal for Trash Service

Redgate Disposal takes over residential trash collection in Liberty on Monday, Sept. 29. The company will deliver new 65-gallon black carts to all homes between Sept. 15 and Sept. 28. Residents should not use the new carts until the Sept. 29 start date.

Each household receives two carts: one black trash cart with a red lid and one black recycling cart with a yellow lid. The service costs $23.50 per month.

Residents who need additional carts can call the Public Works Department at 816-630-0755, extension 4421. Extra carts cost $7 per month each.
