Vendor Registration All vendors must register before accessing bid opportunities. During registration, you will create a vendor profile and select commodity codes to receive notifications that match your services. Commodity codes are listed below. Register Here Bid Opportunities Access current and closed solicitations, review awarded contracts, and submit responses through the City’s eProcurement Marketplace, IonWave. Registered vendors can receive bid notifications and track opportunities online. View Marketplace Commodity Codes The City uses the NIGP Commodity Code System to match vendors with bid opportunities and manage purchasing activity. When registering, select all applicable codes for the products and services your business provides. View Commodity (NIGP) Codes Awarded Vendors Awarded vendors will receive an email with access to view purchase orders, check payment status, upload invoices, and manage required documents. This portal will be available only to vendors formally awarded a contract. Coming Soon! View Terms PDF City Surplus The Purchasing Division assists in the disposition of the City’s surplus property. The City partners with BIDERA, an electronic auction platform that increases public access to surplus items while maximizing return on property declared surplus. View surplus items currently being auctioned by the City and other municipalities nationwide. View Surplus Auctions No Gift Policy City of Deerfield Beach employees are not permitted to accept gifts from vendors. If you customarily send tokens of appreciation, please do not send items to City employees or offices. There are many worthy organizations within our community that would gladly receive such items and ensure they benefit those in need. Your cooperation is appreciated.
