A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued for Leon County, including Tallahassee, Woodville, and Bradfordville, by the National Weather Service (NWS) in Tallahassee, effective immediately as of October 9 at 10:57 PM EDT. Residents should complete all preparations before hazardous winds arrive.

Expect peak winds of 10-20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph, with a potential for winds reaching 39 to 57 mph. Limited damage to unanchored mobile homes, awnings, and sheds is possible, along with broken tree limbs and scattered power outages. Efforts to protect property should be underway.
