Orlando Man Charged With Mortgage and COVID Relief Fraud

Yan Daniel Inclan Hernandez, 32, faces federal charges of making false statements to a financial institution and three counts of wire fraud, according to an indictment issued by a Tampa grand jury.

If convicted on all counts, Hernandez could face up to 30 years in federal prison for each charge. Prosecutors seek forfeiture of $157,500, representing proceeds from the alleged crimes.
