Bethel Park Municipality to Hold Tree Lighting TONIGHT! (Weds., Dec. 4) The public is invited to join the Municipality of Bethel Park for their annual Tree lighting Celebration TONIGHT (Wednesday, Dec. 4) at the Bethel Park Community Center (5151 Park Ave., Bethel Park, 15102) from 6-8 p.m. The event will feature a festive evening of music, refreshments and fun! Highlights include musical performances from the Bethel Park School District (BPSD) Jazz Ensemble and Top 21 Choir, a special visit from the Grinch, a Lego Christmas Village and train display courtesy of Steel City LUG, Buddy the Elf Snowball Fight Station, a reindeer food bar, hot cocoa and cookies (partially supplied by Bethel Bakery), a display of gingerbread competition winners, a seasonal scavenger hunt, a sensory station, and of course…a visit from Santa Claus who will light the Christmas tree! Bethel Park Mayor Jack Allen will provide an event welcome.
