The City Secretary's Office is responsible for the statutory duties required by State law and the City Charter, including preparation of City Council agendas, recording of minutes of City Council meetings, management of City elections, maintenance and safekeeping of all official City records, and ensuring compliance with State laws relating to public information. The City Secretary also receives and processes all open records requests for the City.
