Las Cruces Strategic Plan: Community Input Phase Begins
The City of Las Cruces released its Strategic Plan Needs Assessment, marking the end of the first phase in updating the city's municipal priorities.
Consulting firm Single Space Strategies compiled the assessment, which analyzed current conditions, leadership interviews, existing city plans, and economic data. Mayor Eric Enriquez and the City Council received the report. Residents can access the full assessment at LasCruces.Gov/StrategicPlan.
"This report gives us a clear, shared understanding of where we are today and the opportunities and challenges ahead," Enriquez said.
