Philip Charles Dolan, Longtime Largo Resident and Rutgers Alumnus, Dies at 78

Largo resident Philip Charles Dolan passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026, at the age of 78. His passing marks the departure of a familiar face from our community.

Dolan's life began far from Florida's sunny shores, rooted instead in the Garden State. He grew up in Dumont, New Jersey, where he attended Dumont High School. His pursuit of higher education led him to Rutgers University.
