For those who need to register to vote, the deadline to register in-person at the Horry County Voters Registration and Elections office is Friday, Oct. 2. You have until Sunday, Oct. 4 to register online, here. The Early Voting period runs from Monday, Oct. 19 to Saturday, Oct. 31. Early voting centers will open from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. All centers will be closed on Sunday, Oct. 25. Horry County residents can vote at any of the following locations during the Early Voting period: - Aynor Town Hall: 600 Main St., Aynor, SC 29511 - Carolina Forest Recreation Center: 2254 Carolina Forest Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579 - Loris Public Safety Center: 3909 Walnut St., Loris, SC 29569 - North Strand Recreation Center: 120 Highway 57 S, Little River, SC 29566 - South Strand Recreation Center: 9650 Scipio Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 - County Voter Registration and Elections Office: 1515 4th Avenue, Conway, SC 29526 - 21st Ave County Complex: 1201 21st Ave North, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 🪪Remember, photo identification is required. Horry County's new Central Coast Complex is open to serve
Horry County’s Central Coast Complex is now open in Carolina Forest, bringing a wide range of County services closer to home for many. Residents can visit the new location to access the Assessor, Auditor and Treasurer offices, making it easier to take care of County business without traveling across the county. The complex also includes a satellite Clerk of Court office, Magistrate courtrooms and Probate Court offices. The facility is also the new, permanent home of the Horry County Police Department’s Fifth Precinct. Located at 332 Hinson Drive in Myrtle Beach, the Central Coast Complex is open to residents Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We ask for patience as systems and processes are brought online at the facility and apologize for any inconveniences as we work through the first few days of operations. A ceremonial ribbon cutting is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 16, marking the official celebration of this new resource for the community. We look forward to welcoming residents and providing convenience access to county services.
