Oktoberfest Returns to West Palm Beach Waterfront This Thursday

West Palm Beach residents can raise a stein next week as Oktoberfest on the Waterfront returns to the Great Lawn along the Intracoastal. The event is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 1, from 6 to 9 p.m.
