Daily responsibilities include planning pre-procurement strategies to select contracting methods, advising project teams on technical specifications and contractual risks, and conducting supplier due diligence. The specialist will also prepare contract pro-formas, coordinate bid evaluations, recommend contract awards, formalize agreements, and provide contract administration support, including negotiating change orders and resolving claims and disputes.
