We are always happy to discuss lifestyle issues that may improve your health. Health care is available for children and adults. We treat your immediate concerns like colds, the flu and infections and ongoing conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. You may order and pick up prescriptions at the Genoa Pharmacy located in the building. Prescription Refills We want to ensure that your medications are working for you and are appropriate. Therefore, we ask that you call our office one week before needing your prescription refilled. We will make every attempt to call in your prescription within 72-hours pending review and authorization from your physician. Primary Care Health care is available for children and adults. We partner with LabCorp to provide these services to our patients. Billing for these services is through LabCorp. Learn More Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) MAT uses medication, counseling, and other therapies to treat addiction to substances like heroin, prescription pain medication, and alcohol. Mental health is an essential part of our overall health. If you have struggled with feelings of depression, anxiety, trauma or other mental health conditions and want confidential, professional treatment, CFHC is here to help. We can support you through the stresses of everyday life and as you substitute unhealthy behaviors for healthier ones. Chestnut offers short-term, brief interventions for individuals, couples and families; referrals for specialty mental health and substance use treatment; safety planning; and outpatient crisis stabilization.
