Through trainings, presentations, and outreach, Chestnut Health Systems™ helps people of all ages build awareness, strengthen protective factors, and promote healthy choices around substance use and mental health. Build, Amplify, Support, Empower (BASE) Prevention Program The BASE (Build, Amplify, Support, Empower) initiative is an initiative throughout Illinois to reduce substance use among youth and emerging adults.
