Nomibar, a new dining and nightlife venue, will open in late October at 777 N. Ashley Drive, Unit A, in downtown Tampa. The establishment will occupy the former Taps space.

Nomibar will blend evening dining with late-night gatherings, styled after a Japanese izakaya, offering drinks and small, shareable plates. The venue plans to open daily at 4 p.m., with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays. A daily happy hour will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The restaurant will accept reservations for groups of six or more and offers private event options. Guests aged 12 and older are welcome during regular dining hours. After 9 p.m., Nomibar will become a 21-and-older establishment.

Nomibar is located on the ground floor of the SkyPoint condo tower. Taps previously operated in the space from 2008.
