Amendment 3 is a proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution that will appear on the November 3, 2026 ballot. It would change how homestead exemptions and property assessments work statewide. The evening will begin with a short presentation, about five minutes, covering what Amendment 3 does and how it would affect the City's budget. The rest of the time is yours: an open question-and-answer session with the Mayor and City Manager. The City is not taking a position for or against Amendment 3. The purpose of the Town Hall is to explain what the amendment does and answer residents' questions. Questions? Call City Hall at 850-243-3566.
