The Town of Clarkson is accepting applications for the Board of Assessment Review (BAR). The BAR members (minimum of three), together with the Assessor, hear resident complaints regarding property assessments on Grievance Day each year. Term: 5 years. Requirements and details: Annual training in April is required (paid). Grievance Day, a 1–2 day commitment at the end of May, is required (paid). Applicants must be residents of the Town of Clarkson.
