The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the County Board Room, at the Administration Building, at 701 Minnesota Avenue NW, in Bemidji. Judicial Ditch 2 is located within the City of Bemidji and begins near the City Park along 23rd St NW and outlets into Lake Irving.
