Clay County Sheriff's Arrest Records & Warrant Access

GREEN COVE SPRINGS, FL – The Clay County Sheriff's Office provides residents access to public records on arrests, traffic citations, and jail inmates through its website, in compliance with Florida's Public Records Law.

The CCSO website does not list active warrants. Residents who need to check for active warrants must visit CCSO headquarters at 901 North Orange Ave. or any operations center in person with a photo ID. The Sheriff's Office does not discuss active warrants by phone.

Traffic crash reports are available online after investigating deputies submit them to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Handwritten reports undergo manual entry and scanning before the originals are mailed to the state agency. The Sheriff's Office does not retain copies.
