Key West Unveils 2026-2030 Strategic Plan
Key West officials presented a draft strategic plan Tuesday at the Frederick Douglass Community Center, outlining city priorities for infrastructure, housing, climate resilience, and financial management over the next four years.
Consultant Nanea Marcial of Synergy Solutions Worldwide walked residents and stakeholders through priorities the City Commission established in December. The plan, titled "Key West Forward: Foster, Fund, Finish," identifies specific projects in each priority area, though final details will depend on state, federal, and local funding decisions.
Residents can review the full plan and submit feedback on the city website. Marcial is gathering additional public input to refine community priorities before the plan moves forward.
