Fire Department Our Mission It is the mission of the Kermit Fire Department to protect life and property of the citizens of Kermit, Texas; and those who travel and visit our community. To accomplish our mission, we will: Provide Fire Suppression Provide Fire Prevention Provide Emergency Medical Service Endeavor to reduce the risk to our citizens through education and code enforcement. Provide a safe and healthy environment for our members by adhering to industry standards and by the use of safe operating procedures. Endeavor to act in such a way that we continue to merit the respect and confidence of those we serve.
