Touch-a-Truck Saturday, October 10 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Anchorage Park, 603 Anchorage Drive Get ready for a BIG day of fun at Anchorage Park! Kids, parents, and grandparents are invited to explore a variety of trucks and vehicles at Touch-A-Truck. From cement mixers and moving trucks to oversized tow trucks, this is a hands-on experience like no other! This year, Touch-A-Truck is teaming up with the Annual Fire Safety Fair to bring even more excitement and learning to the event. Families can explore fire engines, meet the firefighters who protect our community, and enjoy interactive activities that make fire safety fun. What to Expect Explore BIG trucks and vehicles — Climb into the driver’s seat of cement mixers, moving trucks, oversized tow trucks, and more! Get hands-on with fire safety — Try the interactive “Hose House,” tackle the Search & Rescue maze, and learn important fire prevention tips. Meet community heroes — Say hello to firefighters, watch a K-9 demonstration, and meet Smokey Bear. Make memories together — With exciting demonstrations, hands-on activities, and plenty to explore, there’s something for every member of the family. Horn-Free Hour: From 10:00–11:00 am, Touch-A-Truck vehicles will remain horn-free to provide a quieter experience for children and families who prefer less noise.
