Jupiter Town Outlines Event Guidelines for Community Safety and Enjoyment at Local Gatherings
Jupiter officials remind residents and visitors about established guidelines for events held in town, emphasizing safety and a positive community experience. These rules ensure smooth operations and enjoyment for all attendees.
Key regulations cover age requirements, conduct, and specific restrictions within event areas, particularly Constitution Park. Adherence to these guidelines helps maintain order and protects public spaces during gatherings.
Children under 16 years old must have an adult accompany them for the entire event duration. Any disorderly conduct results in immediate removal from the event. Pets are not allowed in Constitution Park during events, and the playground area becomes off-limits starting at dusk. Smoking is prohibited within event areas. Attendees must leave bicycles, skateboards, and similar items in designated areas outside the event perimeter. Shirts and shoes are mandatory for entry.
For events requiring residency verification, a valid Driver’s License proves VOT residency status. Residents cannot use their status to grant entry to non-residents, meaning a resident cannot pick up wristbands for a non-resident or use their license on behalf of a non-resident.
These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone attending community events in Jupiter.
