Jupiter Community Development Portal Login Requirements

The Town of Jupiter published guides to help residents and businesses use the Community Development System Portal following a September 18 account reset.

All users must re-register with their email address as their username and comply with updated password requirements. The town created guides for account creation and login procedures for both new and existing users.

Users who see an "This email address is in use" message during registration should select "Forgot your password? Reset it" and follow emailed instructions. Those receiving an "Invalid Username and Password" error should use the same password reset function.

The portal provides access to building permits, engineering permits, and Business Tax Receipt information. The town repealed its Business Tax Receipt requirement in 2021, eliminating the need for businesses to apply for or renew the certificate.
