B. Resolution No. 2024-13 - An Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, amending Chapter 74, "Utilities," Article III, "Stormwater Management," of the Tequesta Code of Ordinances, to establish new stormwater management rates for fiscal year 2024-2025, providing for severability, and an effective date.
C. Resolution No. 2024-14 - An Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, amending Chapter 74, "Utilities," Article IV, "Solid Waste Services," of the Tequesta Code of Ordinances, to establish new solid waste and recycling rates for fiscal year 2024-2025, providing for severability, and an effective date.
