Jupiter Town Council Hosts 'Connect with Council' Event on October 22 at Community Center

Jupiter residents will have an opportunity to engage directly with their local leaders at the upcoming 'Connect with Council' event. The Jupiter Town Council is hosting the gathering on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the Jupiter Community Center, providing an informal setting for community interaction.

The event is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. and will take place at the Jupiter Community Center, located at 200 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458. Members of the Jupiter Town Council are expected to attend, offering residents a chance to meet and converse with their representatives outside of formal meeting structures.

Town Clerk Merriane Lahmeur announced the event, emphasizing its purpose as a community engagement initiative. While council members will be present, the gathering is designed for informal discussion and interaction. No official Town business will be discussed among attending council members, ensuring the focus remains on resident-council member connections rather than formal legislative proceedings.

This initiative aims to foster open communication between the Town Council and the community. Residents can use this occasion to share perspectives, ask general questions, and get to know their elected officials in a relaxed environment. The Town encourages all interested residents to attend and participate in this direct line of communication with their local government.
