NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Zephyrhills Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 535 E. Main Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed rezoning application, designated as Z-24-03. The applicant, XYZ Development Group, is requesting to rezone the property located at 123 Oak Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial). All interested parties are invited to attend and express their views. Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Department prior to the hearing.
