The Human Resources Department ensures the employees of the Hardee County Board of County Commissioners are employed in a fair and safe working environment. In addition, the Human Resources Department assures all disciplinary matters, employment, and other labor issues are properly handled in accordance with the Hardee County Rules and Regulations, Union Contracts, and State and Federal Law. The Human Resources Department is also responsible for the investigation and processing of all insurance claims. I.e.: Worker's Compensation, Automobile, Property, and Liability related claims. Work is performed under the direction of the County Manager.
