As a Financial Reporting Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Assist with the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information. Assist with the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures. Participate in the annual audit process. Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA certification preferred. 2+ years of experience in financial reporting or public accounting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations. Proficiency in Excel and other financial software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
