ServSafe Manager Certification in Pasco County

The UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service held a ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam session Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at its Dade City office. The training provided essential food safety knowledge for those in or seeking work within the food industry.

The class began at 8:30 a.m. with a review of the ServSafe textbook. Participants should study the material before attending. The certification exam followed lunch, with attendees receiving two hours to complete it.

Future session registration and textbook orders are available online. Purchasing the textbook early is recommended for adequate study time. Attendees must pack their own lunch or plan to purchase food nearby during the break.
