Hudson Planning Commission Reviews Planned Development Code

A subcommittee of the Hudson Planning Commission met Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026, to review Section 1204.02 of the Land Development Code concerning planned developments. The meeting took place in the City Hall boardroom.

The subcommittee discussed specifics of planned developments, which guide how residential, commercial and mixed-use projects are proposed, reviewed and approved.
