Utility Billing Office The Utility Billing Office is comprised of ten dedicated team members and two skilled meter technicians, managing a total of 13,248 customer accounts. Our clerks efficiently process daily payments, including checks, money orders, and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs). Additionally, the team oversees the creation and closure of customer accounts, ensuring seamless service for our community. Location The Utility Billing Office is located in the southwest corner of the Palm Springs Village Hall Complex. It features a dedicated entrance, conveniently situated on the exterior of the Village Hall building. Hours of Operation The Utilities Billing Office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
