Homestead CRA Financial Reports Offer Transparency on Redevelopment Efforts

Homestead residents can access a range of financial reports and updates from the Homestead Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), providing insight into the agency's activities and fiscal management. These documents include quarterly updates, annual reports, budgets, and audits, all available to the public.

The CRA, which oversees redevelopment efforts across 1,188 acres in Homestead, publishes a "CRA Snapshot" to offer an overview of its work. Quarterly updates are available, including specific updates for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2025/2026.

Annual reports detail the CRA's accomplishments and initiatives. Reports for Fiscal Years 2019/2020 through 2024/2025 are available. The agency's annual budgets, which align with the adopted CRA Plan goals, are also accessible, covering Fiscal Years 2019/2020 through 2025/2026.

To ensure fiscal accountability, the Homestead CRA undergoes annual audits in compliance with Florida statutes. Audit reports for Fiscal Years 2019/2020 through 2024/2025 have been published. The CRA also publishes its Goals and Measures annually, with documents available for 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
