This home is just a very short walk to the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach! About the Home The newly renovated and spacious beach home has all new flooring, furniture, stainless appliances, washer and dryer, and smart TVs in all rooms. As you enter the home you are welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen and a large open living area. The dining room will seat 6 comfortably with 4 additional seats at the bar. Right off the living room is a stunning screened in porch to sit and relax. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and just across the hall is a full bathroom. The third bedroom is located upstairs and offers two twin over full bunkbeds! Another bathroom is located upstairs as well. This home will comfortably sleep 10 guests. About Gulf Highlands Beach Resort This gated community include many amenities like community pools (one is heated), a playground, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis courts, and a restaurant on site. One of the main highlights of this resort is the private beach access! With just a short stroll down to the beach you will find your own private beach club that has a pool, snack bar, and restrooms for Gulf Highland guest only.
