While the aerial spray poses minimal risk, residents may wish to take the following precautions: Stay indoors during spraying. Close windows and doors. Cover ornamental fishponds and sensitive plants. Bring pets indoors, and cover their food and water dishes. Remove clothes and toys from outdoors. Wash with soap and water if exposed to the spray.
