NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Commission of the Town of Lady Lake, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider Ordinance 2024-15, an Ordinance of the Town of Lady Lake, Florida, providing for annexation, pursuant to Chapter 171, Florida Statutes, of certain real property generally located at [address details omitted for privacy]; providing for amendment of the official zoning map; providing for future land use designation; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.
The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lady Lake Town Hall, 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida 32159. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Ordinance. The Ordinance may be inspected by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida, 32159, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this proceeding should contact the Town Clerk’s Office at (352) 751-1507 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Commission with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
