If you are enrolled in a County healthcare plan, you can take advantage of FREE virtual physical therapy through Hinge Health. This covers things like: - Joint and muscle aches - Recover from an injury - Relief from pelvic pain and discomfort Get Started Today Note: You can earn "Your Choice" activity credit when you complete 6 weeks of Hinge Health in 2026 though UnitedHealthcare or Banner|Aetna. Be sure to report your completion in the Wellness Portal by December 31, 2026. With expert advice on topics from back pain to exercise therapy, you'll find practical tips and tools to help you move and feel better. Wellness Portal Activities In the Wellness Portal, you can find self-guided Journeys and Healthy Habit trackers focused on Back, Muscle, & Joint Health to learn more and manage your conditions. Even better, you can earn credit for one "Your Choice" activity when you complete a Journey or track a healthy habit for 20 days in one calendar month by December 31, 2026. Guidance Resources Webinars Building Your Child's Self-Esteem Tuesday, September 22 12 p.m. - 12:30 p.m Building Trust Thursday, September 24 12 p.m. - 12:30 p.m Wellness Portal Your Wellness Portal is where you'll go to elevate your health and wellness and earn your Wellness Reward of $30/paycheck! The activities required to earn your Wellness Reward include completing a Health Check Survey (health assessment), and two "Your Choice" activities. How Do I earn the Wellness Reward? Earn Your Wellness Reward Get $30/paycheck in 3 easy steps! 1. Log into the Wellness Portal 2. Complete the Health Check Survey 3. Complete two "Your Choice" Activities To earn the Wellness Reward, you must be enrolled in a County-Sponsored healthcare plan. Get customized feedback and recommendations after submitting the Health Check Survey! Go to the "Home" tab, then "Rewards" in the Wellness Portal for a list of activities! Questions?
