Yoga Calisthenics Event Announced in North Miami Beach

North Miami Beach will host "Yoga Calisthenics," a health event, on October 10, 2026, at 1:30 PM. The event will take place at Ayama Yoga & Healing Arts, located at 2250 NE 163rd Street.

This class draws inspiration from dands, a traditional form of Indian yogic calisthenics. Rooted in ancient wrestling training, these rhythmic and flowing movements aim to combine strength, breath, and coordination. Participants can expect powerful bodyweight exercises, animal-inspired movements, and creative training sequences. The practice is designed to develop strength, endurance, and coordination.
