Hialeah Schools Release 2026-2027 Academic Reporting Schedule & Honor Roll Criteria

Hialeah parents and students can now review the schedule for academic reports and the criteria for achieving honor roll distinctions. Schools in Hialeah provide both electronic and physical academic updates throughout the year.

Report cards are accessible electronically through the dadeschools portal. Teachers distribute progress reports directly to students at school.

The first Progress Report for the current academic year will be available tomorrow, September 18th. Subsequent progress reports are scheduled for November 19th, February 19th, and April 30th.

The first Quarter report card will be available by October 23rd. Following this, the second Quarter report card will be available by January 22nd, the third by April 2nd, and the fourth and final Quarter report card by June 10th.

Students aiming for academic recognition have two tiers: the Principal's Honor Roll and the Honor Roll. To qualify for the Principal's Honor Roll, students must achieve a 4.0 academic average, meaning all A's. They also need all 1s in effort grades and a 4.0 conduct average, which translates to all A's in conduct.

For the Honor Roll, students must maintain an academic average of 3.5 or higher, consisting of all A's and no more than three B's. Effort grades for Honor Roll recipients must be all 1s and 2s, and their conduct average needs to be 3.0 or higher, which includes all A's and/or B's.
