Life Time Athletic Club Opening Near Midvale in 2027

Herriman City officials broke ground on a Life Time Athletic Country Club at the northeast corner of 12600 South and Mountain View Corridor. The 103,000-square-foot facility will open in 2027.

The club will feature fitness equipment, group classes, training and recovery spaces, an outdoor pool, and pickleball courts. It marks Life Time's second Utah location and first new development in the state since 2007.
