Façade Improvement Program
The Callaway Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) developed the Façade Improvement Program to provide funding for qualified commercial and residential property owners within the CRA area towards exterior improvements to building facades. These are matching grants, which means the City will reimburse an applicant for half of what was spent, up to the maximum; Residential Façade Improvement Grants are up to $2,500 and Commercial Façade Improvement Grants are up to $5,000.
