Izard St., Suite 1 Forrest City, AR 72335 Judge's Office: Craig Jones was born in 1965 and has lived in St. Francis County all of his life. He graduated from Forrest City High School in 1984 and post-graduation, attended East Arkansas Community College and the University of Central Arkansas where he majored in Sociology. Craig started his career in public service in 1993 when he was hired by the St. Francis County Assessor's Office. He became St. Francis County Assessor in 2000 and served in this capacity until he was elected St. Francis County Judge in 2022. As St. Francis County Judge, his responsibilities include head of county government, head of the road department, head of solid waste, head of commercial solid waste, head of the Northeast Arkansas Recycling Company, head of 911 Emergency Dispatch and caretaker of all county owned properties.
