A Wind Advisory has been issued for Cherokee, Clay, Bradley, Hamilton, Marion, and West Polk Counties, effective from midnight EDT tonight until 8:00 AM EDT Sunday. The National Weather Service in Morristown, TN, reports east winds of 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are possible.

Residents should secure outdoor objects as gusty winds can blow them around. Tree limbs may be blown down, and isolated power outages are possible. Winds exceeding 60 mph are anticipated in higher terrain.

Driving may be difficult, particularly for high-profile vehicles. Exercise extra caution if you must travel during this period.
