Lakeside Church is seeking a passionate and organized Children's Ministry Director to oversee our ministry to children from birth through 5th grade. This position is vital to nurturing the spiritual growth of our youngest members and supporting their families. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, volunteer recruitment and training, event planning, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children. The director will work closely with parents and guardians to foster a strong foundation of faith. Qualifications: Experience in children's ministry, leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to child safety protocols. A background in education or child development is a plus.
