Hallandale Beach Seeks Shuttle Service Proposals

The City of Hallandale Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms for community shuttle services. The Request for Proposals (RFP), identified as RFP 25-26-16, was released Sept. 9, 2026.

Interested parties can attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference at 9 a.m. Sept. 21, 2026, in Room 107 of the Cultural Community Center, 410 SE 3rd St. Technical questions will not be addressed at this meeting.

A non-mandatory site visit follows at 9:45 a.m. the same day at the Public Works Water Treatment Plant, 630 NW 2nd St.

Firms must email questions to [email protected] by 5 p.m. Sept. 24, 2026. Answers will be posted as an addendum on the city's website, www.cohb.org/solicitations, and DemandStar/Euna OpenBids.

Proposals are due Oct. 14, 2026, at 11 a.m. Submissions must be electronic through www.demandstar.com. Late submissions will not be accepted.
