At 11:27 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Grand Junction, approximately 6 miles east of Jefferson, moving southeast at 30 mph. The primary hazard associated with this storm is quarter-size hail, as indicated by radar. Damage to vehicles is expected in the affected areas.
Impacted locations include Jefferson, Grand Junction, Rippey, Jamaica, Beaver, and Jefferson Municipal Airport.
