Franklin Main Street Closure: Water Main Replacement Work

Franklin will close Main Street between 6th and 8th streets for three weeks as crews replace the water main in the downtown district.

Workers will keep one lane open when possible but will need full daytime closures to ensure safety. The roadway will reopen when construction is not active.

Crews finished work on 6th Street and Anderson Street. Motorists should use alternate routes and exercise caution in the work zone.
