See the affected products Julia GomezUSA TODAY Sept. 21, 2026, 8:56 a.m. ET Bread and pizza mixes, as well as all-purpose flour labeled as gluten-free, were recalled due to undeclared wheat gluten, according to the Food and Drug Administration. GF Blends recalled the gluten-free flour and mixes sold nationwide through online retailers, a news release on the FDA website stated. The products were made with plantain flour from PMF Global. The flour was labeled and certified as gluten-free, but third-party testing found that the flour and products manufactured with it contained gluten. The FDA allows products with less than 20 parts per million of gluten to be labeled gluten-free, according to the Celiac Disease Foundation. However, per the news release, the levels of gluten in the bread mix exceeded the FDA's limit for gluten-free labeling. "People who have celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance run the risk of adverse health effects or allergic reactions if they consume these products," the news release stated. No adverse reactions related to the recalled products have been reported. Here's what to know. What gluten-free products were recalled? The products were sold online nationwide through the following websites: Eatgangster.com Trulyaip.com Amazon.com According to the news release, the recalled products were sold until Sept. 12. What should you do if you purchased the recalled gluten-free products? People with celiac disease or gluten intolerances should not consume the product. Customers should throw away the product, or they may return it to where they purchased it for a full refund.
